1. General Provisions

This document sets out the terms and guidelines for the AI Book Generator Platform's Affiliate Program. By joining the program, the user agrees to the conditions stipulated herein.

2. Affiliate Reference (Affiliate Link)

Each registered partner is provided with a unique reference (affiliate link), accessible within the "Affiliate" section. While this link can be freely shared, the Partner is responsible for its lawful and ethical use.

3. Calculation and Accreditation of Commissions

3.1. Credit Package Commissions: A 20% commission is credited for purchases of credit packages.

4. Commission Payouts

4.1. Commissions are paid exclusively via PayPal. Partners are obligated to provide a valid PayPal email address for payouts.

4.2. Commission payments are processed on the first day of the second month following the transaction.

5. Performance and Commission Tracking

Partners can monitor the purchases they've generated and the status of their commissions in the "Reports" submenu of the "Affiliate" section. Statuses:

• Paid by customer: The purchase has been made and payment has been confirmed.
• Commission Paid: The commission has been disbursed.
• Refunded: The buyer has requested and received a refund.

6. Refund Policy

If a buyer requests a refund, the corresponding commission will not be disbursed.

7. Link Tracking

Purchases made within 14 days of clicking on a referral link qualify as affiliate purchases. Any purchase made after this period will not generate a commission.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The RocketWriter.ai book generator platform disclaims any responsibility for statements, advertisements, or any other content related to the referral link made by Partners.

9. Policy Amendments

The Platform reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice. Partners will be informed of changes via email.
